Newly published package and service update
In our last month’s newsletter, we updated our existing and potential clients on a new packages and services revision process we put into place to more closely align ourselves with the market as well as our vision for providing the most efficient and cost-optimized web, graphic, branding and hosting services for our customers. Our new packages and services have been posted and all align with our 360° Web Solutions campaign which not only improves our ability to provide exactly what you need as a new or existing client but also to provide you as a customer, the flexibility to change your web solution to meet your ever demanding business needs.

Retainer Agreement for Creative Clarity Designs, LLC
In an effort to establish our exclusive services in a market with fly-by-night competition, Creative Clarity is putting in place a Retainer Agreement as part of our Terms of Use contract for our new clients. The agreement will establish an already enforced prerequisite for our new clients to pay up to 50% down on 360° Web Solutions packages purchased. As well, we will be including an agreement which will be disclosed to all clients upon retaining our services that explains in a detailed language the structure of our design policy, time-line and the type of license that comes with each package (i.e. Shared or Exclusive license as discussed in April’s newsletter) to better inform our clients of how our organization works as well as securing our services for potential clients.
Affiliate & Partner Update
For clients who have the need for hosting, we are continually investigating opportunities for premiere affiliate hosting (both Windows and Linux) at a highly competitive rate that afford our clients and us the ability to be flexible in their strategic decisions for growth. We our currently aligned with ANHosting.com which has become a force in the hosting marketplace and also a provider we use for our sites as well as previous and current clients. We trust both their ability to provide excellent hosting and even better customer service at an affordable price-point.

Package and Service Revisions:
Creative Clarity Designs, LLC management staff are working to revise and restructure the current products and services offered to be more aligned with our initiatives as it relates to providing more inclusive 360 Web Solutions for our customers. These newly revised products and services will include things such as recurring billing cycles for flexible payment options, all-inclusive options such as design, branding, hosting and search engine optimization, all in one. As well, we will be restructuring the prices to better reflect the offerings of each package or service to ensure customers still receive high quality and expedited results at the most affordable and competitive price possible. Stay tuned as we revise, restructure and communicate these changes in early April.
New Terms of Use, License Agreement Update
To coincide with our new package and service revisions, we will also be rolling out a new Terms of Use for the website, as well as newly developed License Agreements for specific packages and services offered. To elaborate, the License Agreement will simply be explaining to users what flexibility they have as it relates to different tiers of packages such as the lower tier package vs. a top tier package.
In the top tier, our customer would receive an Exclusive License to the content and media we develop which would give them complete and total control over their content 24/7/365 via Content Management Systems (CMS), FTP access to their web server, and a complete back-up of their site to disc for modifications, enhancements and revisions to be made by the customer at anytime, per their discretion.
Of course, with any of our products and services, we offer the ability to upgrade or enhance your existing or purchased package through “Creative Customer Upgrades” that would allow a lower tier package to also have an Exclusive License for a fee that would be less than upgrading to the top tier package as a whole. More details are being finalized in the language of these agreements but we can guarantee that our customers will be satisfied with this restructure which closer aligns to what our customers are wanting and to exceed what our competitors are offering.
